Billing, invoices and payment method¶
Check what you owe, download your invoices, and keep your card or Direct Debit details up to date.
Who this is for: admins
Before you start¶
- Admin access to your Phonovo portal.
- If you want to pay by card or Direct Debit, have your card details or UK bank account details ready.
Steps¶
Check your bill and add-on payments¶
- In the sidebar, under Account, select Billing.
- At the top of the page, the summary cards show your Total Due, what you've Paid This Month, and your current Payment Method.
- If you've bought any add-ons (extra voicemail boxes, recording storage, and similar), they're listed under Add-on payments, showing what was bought, when, and how it was paid.
- The Invoices table below lists every invoice for your account. Use the status dropdown or the search box to narrow the list down. Select the download icon on a row to save that invoice as a PDF, or select Pay Now on an unpaid invoice if it's shown (only available when your account takes card or BillingBooth payments).
View and download invoices¶
Note
This standalone Invoices page is available to direct Phonovo customers. If your account is managed by a Phonovo partner, you won't see it in the sidebar — use the invoice table on the Billing page above instead, which is available to everyone.
- In the sidebar, under Administration, select Invoices.
- The summary cards show your total invoice count, amount paid, amount outstanding, and any overdue invoices.
- Use the status dropdown to filter by Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, or Cancelled.
- Select the eye icon on an invoice to view its full breakdown, including line items and VAT.
- Select the download icon to save the invoice as a PDF.
Update your payment method¶
- Select your name in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- Under Account, select Payment Method.
- If you don't have a payment method on file yet, select Add Card to pay by card, or Set up Direct Debit to pay by UK Direct Debit (BACS).
- If you already have a card on file, select Change Card to update it. If you have Direct Debit set up, select Re-authorise Direct Debit to refresh your mandate.

Note
Card details are tokenised by Stripe and Direct Debit mandates are managed by GoCardless under the UK BACS scheme — Phonovo never stores your full card number.
