Review your team's activity log¶
See a chronological record of the self-service changes your partner users have made in the portal — customer, billing, branding, gateway, and pricing changes included.
Who this is for: partner admins
Before you start¶
- You need portal access to the Phonovo Partner Portal, and your partner user account needs the view_audit_logs permission — ask your partner admin if you can't see Activity in the rail.
Steps¶
- In the left rail, select Insights, then choose Activity from the panel that opens (the same panel also lists Analytics and Scheduled Reports).
- The page opens on Audit events, listing every logged action with who did it, when, what type of resource it affected, and a summary of what changed.
- Use the search box under Activity filters to search by actor, resource, or other details in the log, or use the All actions dropdown to filter down to a specific action type.
- Select Refresh at the top of the page to pull in the latest events.
- If nothing has happened yet, the page shows No activity yet — this list starts filling in once branding, billing, gateway, customer, or pricing changes are made through the portal.
