View your call history

See a record of every call you've made and received, listen back to recordings, and pull up call details.

Who this is for: everyday users — anyone with an extension can review their own call history.

Before you start

  • An extension assigned to your account, so there's call activity to show.
  • If you want to listen to a recorded call, call recording needs to be turned on for your extension — check with your admin if you're not sure.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, under Logs & Records, select Call Logs.
  2. Use the quick date buttons — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days — to jump to a period, or set your own From and To dates.
  3. Narrow the list further with the search box (matches a name or number), and the Direction (All, Inbound, Outbound, Internal) and Status (All, Answered, Missed, Busy, Failed) dropdowns. If you're an admin, an extra My calls / All calls switch lets you flip between your own history and the whole team's.
  4. The strip above the list summarises what's currently shown: total Records, how many were Answered, how many are Recorded, and the Average Duration.
  5. Select any row to open its full details — caller and called numbers (with a copy icon next to each), duration, outcome, and start/end times.
  6. If a call was recorded, a recording player appears in the details panel and also as Play/Stop and Download buttons directly on the row, so you don't need to open the details just to listen back.
  7. Recorded calls you have permission to transcribe show a Transcribe button (with a sparkle icon). Select it to generate an AI transcript and summary — once it's ready, the button changes to View so you can read it without leaving the page.
  8. Select Export CSV at the top of the page to download the calls currently shown as a spreadsheet, or Refresh to pull in the latest calls without changing your filters.
