Use partner analytics

Track customer growth, revenue, and resource usage pressure across your entire customer base from one dashboard.

Who this is for: partner admins

Before you start

  • You need portal access to the Phonovo Partner Portal, and your partner user account needs the view_analytics permission — ask your partner admin if you can't see Analytics in the rail.
  • Analytics is a plan feature. If your wholesale bundle doesn't include the Analytics Dashboard feature, the page shows an upgrade message instead of your data — select Contact Support on that screen, or check the My Plan page under Revenue to confirm what your current bundle includes.

Steps

  1. In the left rail, select Insights, then choose Analytics from the panel that opens (the same panel also lists Scheduled Reports).
  2. The page opens with headline tiles for retention rate, net customer growth, and how many customers are running high on usage, plus summary tiles for monthly revenue, active customers, high-utilization count, and total extensions — each showing the trend versus the previous period.
  3. Use the date pickers to set a custom range, or select one of the quick-range buttons (30 days, 90 days, This month) in the top-right panel.
  4. Use the Daily / Weekly / Monthly buttons to change how the Customer Growth and Revenue Trend charts group their data.
  5. Scroll down to Revenue Leaders for your top revenue-generating customers, and Utilization Watchlist for customers approaching their plan limits and likely candidates for an upsell.
  6. The Customer Utilization table at the bottom lists every customer with their extension and DID usage, monthly revenue, and a utilization bar — sorted with the highest usage first.
  7. Select Refresh to pull the latest figures immediately (the page also refreshes itself automatically every 60 seconds), or Export to download the current data as a CSV file.
