Build customer bundles for your customers¶
Package extensions, DIDs, minutes, and features into priced plans you can assign to the customers you manage.
Who this is for: partner admins
Before you start¶
- You need portal access to the Phonovo Partner Portal.
- Creating, editing, cloning, or deleting bundles requires the billing_management permission on your partner user account. If a save fails with a permissions error, ask your partner admin to grant it.
- This page manages bundle definitions only. It doesn't currently include a way to assign a finished bundle to a specific customer from this screen — for now, ask Phonovo support to apply a bundle to a customer's domain.
Steps¶
- In the left rail, select Revenue (the coin icon), then choose Customer Bundles from the panel that opens.
- The page opens on the My Bundles tab, showing any bundles you've already built. Switch to the System Templates tab to see ready-made bundles created by Phonovo.
- To start from a template, open System Templates, find one close to what you want, and select Clone to My Bundles on its card. This copies it into My Bundles as "Template Name (Copy)" so you can customise it without changing the original.
- To build a bundle from scratch, go to My Bundles and select Create Bundle. Fill in:
- Bundle Name and an optional Description.
- Monthly Price and Currency.
- Included per Customer — how many Users, Extensions, DIDs, Minutes, and GB of storage the price covers.
- Overage Pricing — what you charge per extra User, Extension, DID, Minute, or GB once a customer goes over their included amount.
- Included Features — tick which of Call Recording, Voicemail, IVR Menus, Call Queues, Time Conditions, Conferencing, SMS, Fax, Call Transcription, Analytics, and API Access are switched on for customers on this bundle.
- Optionally, a Badge Text (e.g. "Most Popular") to highlight the bundle, and whether it's Active and Show to customers.
- Select Create Bundle to save it. It now appears as a card on the My Bundles tab, showing its price, included resources, features, and how many customers are currently on it.
- To make changes later, select the pencil icon on a bundle card to edit it, or the trash icon to delete it. A bundle already assigned to at least one customer can't be deleted until it's reassigned.
