Read your partner dashboard

Understand the launch-readiness, setup checklist, KPI, and customer widgets on your partner portal home page.

Who this is for: partners (resellers)

Before you start

  • A partner portal login, with setup already completed.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, select Dashboard at the top (above the grouped sections). This is your portal's home page, headed Welcome back, [your company name].

Launch readiness strip

The banner near the top shows an overall status pill — Launch ready, Needs attention, or Launch blocked — plus how many items still need clearing.

Below that is a row of pills, one per area: Portal, Customer DNS, Gateway, Billing, Pricing, Customers, and Support. Each pill is green with a checkmark when that area is fine, or amber with a warning icon when it isn't. Select any pill to jump straight to the relevant page (for example, the Gateway pill takes you to Gateways).

If there's a recent operational alert (for example, a failed Cloudflare connection check), a short message about it appears under the status pill.

Setup checklist

The Get your portal ready card lists the steps Phonovo recommends before you go live, with a completion count and progress bar:

  • Branding configured
  • Partner portal domain ready
  • Customer DNS mode ready
  • Gateway assigned
  • Billing reviewed
  • Pricing set up
  • Email templates customised
  • First customer added

Each incomplete item has a button (for example Set up branding, Review gateways, Configure pricing, Add customer) that takes you straight to the page where you complete it. Once every step is done, the card collapses into a green Setup complete banner — select Hide to dismiss it, or Show setup steps to bring it back.

KPI cards

Four cards summarise your book of business:

  • MRR — your estimated monthly recurring revenue this month.
  • Customers — active customer count, with trial and suspended counts underneath (or a total count if none are in trial).
  • Extensions — extensions in use across all your customers, with the number of phone numbers underneath.
  • Alerts — how many customers currently need attention (see below); reads "nothing needs attention" when it's zero.

Needs attention

If any customers need a look, a Needs attention card lists them with a short reason — suspended, near their extension limit, or near their DID limit — and a View button that takes you to that customer on the Customers page. This card doesn't appear at all when there's nothing to flag.

Recent customers and quick actions

At the bottom, two cards sit side by side:

  • Recent customers — your most recently added customers, each showing extension count, domain, and a health badge (Healthy, Near limit, Suspended, or Trial). Select View all to go to the full Customers page. If you haven't added a customer yet, this card says "No customers yet. Add your first customer to get started."
  • Quick actions — shortcuts to Add customer, Configure pricing, and Update branding.
