Check your plan and resource usage¶
See the wholesale bundle Phonovo has assigned to your reseller account, and how much of it you've used across all your customers.
Who this is for: partner admins
Before you start¶
- You need portal access to the Phonovo Partner Portal — no extra permission is required to view this page.
- This page is read-only. To change your plan or top up your resource pools, contact your Phonovo partner success manager.
Steps¶
- In the left rail, select Revenue (the coin icon), then choose My Plan from the panel that opens.
- If Phonovo has assigned you a wholesale bundle, the page opens with your plan name, its monthly price, and usage tiles for Customer Slots, Extensions, and DIDs — the three resource pools this page tracks and shows as used / included.
- Below that, Resource Pool Details breaks out all five pools individually — Customer Slots, Extensions, DIDs, Minutes, and Storage — along with the overage rate you're charged if you go over each one (for example, a price "per extra" customer slot or extension). Minutes and Storage appear here only as an included allocation and overage rate; this page doesn't calculate or show how many of those you've actually used.
- Plan Features lists which partner-level features your bundle includes, such as White Label, Custom Domain, API Access, or Analytics Dashboard.
- If any of the three usage-tracked pools (Customer Slots, Extensions, DIDs) is close to or over its limit, its usage card is highlighted so you can see it at a glance.
- If you don't currently have a bundle assigned, the page shows No Bundle Assigned — you're on per-item pricing. Any bundles Phonovo has made available for review appear below as reference cards. There's no Contact partner success link on the page in this state — email your Phonovo partner success contact directly if you want to discuss a bundle.
- If a bundle is assigned and you want to ask about upgrading your plan or increasing a resource pool, select Contact partner success at the bottom of the page — this opens an email to
partners@phonovo.comwith your request.
