View your SIP gateway routing

Check which SIP trunks (gateways) your customers' outbound calls route through.

Who this is for: partner admins

Before you start

  • You need portal access to the Phonovo Partner Portal.
  • SIP gateway (SIP trunk) creation and configuration is currently handled by your Phonovo platform administrator, not from the partner portal — this page is for visibility rather than self-service changes. If you need a new trunk added or an existing one changed, contact Phonovo support.

Steps

  1. In the left rail, select Infra, then choose Gateways from the panel that opens.
  2. The page opens with a notice that gateway routing is administrator-managed, and an Assigned by Administrator list below it.
  3. Each entry shows the gateway's name, its hostname and port, and a badge showing whether it's your Primary route or a numbered Backup.
  4. If no gateways have been assigned to your account yet, the list shows No administrator-assigned gateways yet.
  5. There's nothing to configure on this page today — if you need a trunk added, changed, or reprioritised, raise it with your Phonovo platform administrator.
