Add bolt-on products to your account

Browse and purchase optional add-ons that give your account extra features or extra capacity, and manage the ones you've already activated.

Who this is for: admins

Before you start

  • Admin access to your Phonovo portal.
  • A payment method on file, since purchases are charged to the card or account you have set up for billing.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, under Account, select Add-On Products.
  2. Review the Available Add-Ons section. Each card shows whether the add-on is a Feature (unlocks extra functionality) or a Resource (adds extra capacity, for example additional voicemail boxes), and whether it's a One-time charge or billed Monthly.
  3. Select Purchase on the add-on you want.
  4. In the Confirm Purchase window, check the price and billing type, then select Confirm Purchase. One-time add-ons are charged immediately to your card on file; monthly add-ons are charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  5. Once purchased, the add-on appears under Your Active Add-Ons at the top of the page, marked Active.

Managing an active add-on

  • Monthly add-ons show a Cancel Subscription button on their card under Your Active Add-Ons. Selecting it opens a confirmation window — for a feature add-on, cancelling disables that feature on your account immediately; for a resource add-on, cancelling reduces your resource limit, so make sure your usage is within the new limit first.
  • One-time add-ons don't have a cancel option, since they're a single charge rather than an ongoing subscription.
